Abstract: Learning is a continuous process for every individual student, each possessing unique learning styles. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which the application of learning techniques based on the Visual, Audio, Kinesthetic (VAK) learning style affects students' understanding and motivation regarding the topic of movement and gas exchange in the human body through the Science subject in Form Three. The study employed observational methods, survey instruments, pre-intervention questions, post-intervention questions, and interviews. The respondents consisted of 20 Form Three students from Madrasah Moden Terengganu. The study found that only 20% of students were focused on the teaching process, while 80% of Form Three students showed no interest in Science learning before the intervention. All students demonstrated an improvement in understanding the taught topic after teachers applied VAK-based teaching techniques. The study also showed an increase in students' motivation to learn the Science subject. Students better understood the topics taught and became more enthusiastic. The findings indicate that teachers play a crucial role as agents of change in identifying students' learning techniques and styles. Using teaching methods that align with students' learning styles can have a positive impact on students. Therefore, teachers are advised to identify students' learning styles as early as possible before initiating the teaching and learning process to facilitate the preparation of suitable teaching materials and methods. In conclusion, the application of appropriate learning techniques and styles can enhance students' understanding and motivation, making the teaching and learning process more meaningful.
