Pembangunan kurikulum kerja sosial berasaskan kerangka nilai al-Quran menawarkan alternatif kepada paradigma sekular yang kebiasaannya menekankan kebajikan material berbanding kesejahteraan insan secara holistik. Dipandu oleh pendekatan tafsir al-Mawdu‘iy kajian ini meneliti ayat-ayat al-Quran yang berkaitan dengan nilai asas Islam — aqidah, syariah, dan akhlak —sebagaimana dihuraikan dalam karya tafsir klasik dan kontemporari termasuk tafsir Ibn Kathir, al-Munir dan al-Maraghiy. Analisis menunjukkan bahawa nilai-nilai al-Qur’an bukan sekadar berperanan sebagai panduan etika, malah bertindak sebagai prinsip epistemologi yang mampu membentuk asas konseptual, struktur organisasi, dan hasil pembelajaran dalam kurikulum kerja sosial berteraskan Islam. Berdasarkan dapatan ini, makalah ini mengemukakan satu kerangka kurikulum integratif yang mengharmonikan ilmu naqli dan aqli, bagi memastikan bakal pengamal kerja sosial membangunkan kompetensi profesional yang kukuh serta berlandaskan petunjuk Ilahi. Pendekatan ini memperkukuh paradigma Islam dalam reka bentuk kurikulum dan melahirkan pengamal yang memiliki keteguhan spiritual sambil berupaya menunaikan tanggungjawab sosial secara berkesan.
