Selecting the right supplier is a strategic factor that plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of supply chains and overall production success. PT. Senotexsindo Jaya Lestari, a company operating in the textile industry, requires an objective, efficient, and integrated decision-making system for supplier selection. This study aims to develop a web-based system using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to support the decision-making process in selecting the best supplier. The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and supplier documentation. The system was developed using the waterfall model within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and was tested through black box testing and user testing. The results show that the system successfully automates the supplier selection process based on five main criteria: price, quality, production capacity, on time delivery, and warranty. The automatic TOPSIS calculation in the system shows that Supplier PT.Kharindo Prakarsa has the highest preference score and is recommended as the first choice. The system significantly improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the decision-making process. Additionally, it allows for historical data storage and periodic evaluation of supplier performance. In conclusion, the integration of the TOPSIS method into a web-based system provides a practical solution for optimizing supplier selection and can be widely applied in other industries facing similar procurement challenges.
