An obligation for every Muslim to refer to the main source and guide which is the Quran and the hadith for every problem that is increasingly touching religious sensitivities today. The role of hadith is very important in interpreting doubts, clarifying certain laws and specifying general matters in the Al-Quran from the point of view of belief, worship, morality and muamalat (Abullaith, 2011). Nevertheless, in the atmosphere of differences in ideology, beliefs and sects among Muslims, Shia have their own path and understanding in the world of hadith. This study uses a qualitative concept based on a literature study that is sourced from the Kutub As-Sittah and related studies. The results of the study found that the hadiths presented by the Shia are maudhu' and what is worrying is the efforts of those who try to create hadiths similar to the hadiths found in the book of Kutub As-Sittah. Therefore, this effort is very important to be highlighted to the community so that criticism and guidance are given clearly to stop Shia hadiths from spreading in the community. The practice of 'check before spreading' should also be used as a daily rule to avoid persevering and practicing things that are false or have no basis in religion.
