This research aims to highlight the manifestations of Islamic commitment in Nigerian Arabic literature, especially those found in the poems of Usman Eleyinla, through a study of selected examples of poems written by some Nigerian writers in Arabic, which they mastered in terms of the richness of thought, knowledge, literature, expression, guidance, and awareness. Therefore, this article examines the extent to which the poet chooses Islamic values ??and the influence of religious teachings on the construction of his studied poem, as well as the significance of its message. It also explores the aesthetic and intellectual dimensions of the theme of Islamic commitment in the poetry of Eleyinla, as reflected in his studied poem. This includes the logical reasoning, eloquent expression, and intellectual culture that constitute the strongest element distinguishing the poet in his poetry and oratory, as it represents a path of awareness. Through this awareness, the facets of knowledge are adorned, just as style embellishes them. The article demonstrates how literature is used as a means of preaching and reforming human society, thus linking the dynamic interaction between Islamic doctrine and literary production in the field of rhetoric. The research aims to highlight the characteristics of this literature and define its place within the religious and cultural context of Nigeria. Therefore, the researchers employ analytical, inductive, and descriptive methodologies.
