The study deals with the role of multiple Quranic readings in clarifying the meaning, a Quranic linguistic study, which took Surat al-Saffat as an applied model. The problem of this study lies in addressing the Qur'anic readings in terms of their role in clarifying the Qur'anic and linguistic meaning of the Qur'anic verses, and therefore there is a clear discrepancy in the linguists' dealings with the Holy Qur'an in the aspect of the impact of multiple readings and their differences in clarifying the meaning, clarifying, and explaining the miracle of Qur'anic verses. The study aims to show the impact of multiple readings on the manifestation of meaning. And an explanation of the origin of the science of Quranic readings, its history, and the stages it went through. He revealed the relationship between readings and meaning. The researcher followed a descriptive and analytical method, by looking at the different Qur'anic readings, taking Surat al-Saffat as an applied field. The study obtained many results, the most important are, the multiplicity of Quranic readings has a great impact on changing meanings, whether by adding new meanings or by assessing other meanings., and the Qur'anic readings brought together other sciences within them, such as grammar, morphology and phonetics. Quranic readings have enriched the semantic aspect of the Holy Qur'an so that one verse can have more than one meaning without any contradiction between them. And that the difference of readers did not result in any contradiction or opposite in the presentation of meaning.
