Pola Kajian Tafsir Al-Mawdu‘iy di Malaysia
Abstract
Makalah ini bertujuan meneliti pola kajian tafsir al-mawdu‘iy (tematik) yang dilakukan di institusi-institusi pengajian tinggi Islam awam terpilih di Malaysia. Pola di sini merujuk kepada bentuk, isu dan tema kajian tafsir al-mawdu‘iy. Di Malaysia, kajian tentang al- Quran secara tafsir al-mawdu‘iy ini merupakan suatu perkara baru. Ia bermula sekitar awal tahun 1990-an. Selain itu, pengkajiannya pula dilakukan dalam pelbagai bentuk, isu dan tema. Persoalannya, apakah bentuk-bentuk kajian tafsir al-mawdu‘iy di Malaysia ini? Adakah ia selari dengan bentuk-bentuk kajian tafsir al-mawdu‘iy yang tersedia ada? Apakah pula isu-isu dan tema-tema yang dikaji? Makalah ini cuba menjawab ketiga-tiga persoalan ini dengan memfokuskan perbincangan kepada dua perkara berikut. Pertama, mengenal pasti konsep tafsir al- mawdu‘iy menurut pandangan ulama tafsir. Kedua, mengenal pasti dan menganalisis bentuk-bentuk, isu-isu dan tema-tema kajian tafsir al-mawdu‘iy di Malaysia. Akhirnya makalah ini merumuskan bahawa kajian tafsir al-mawdu‘iy di Malaysia dilakukan dalam empat bentuk. Ia melibatkan pelbagai isu dan tema. Kebanyakannya sangat penting dan sesuai dengan realiti kehidupan masyarakat.
