Salik dan Majdhub dari PersPektif Ilmu Tasawuf
Abstract
Salik in the term used by Sufiyya to refer to certain rneanings. There are two types of salik, general salik and specific salik. General salik refers to a Muslim who practices the Islamic teaching, while specific salik refers to a Muslim who uses the sufi way to get closer to Allah and to obtain makrifah through riyadah and mujahadah and later on through maqamat and spiritual experience. Majdhub refers to a Muslim who gets makrifah without going through riyadah and mujahadah but solely receiving the blessing from Allah. The existence of these two types of Muslim is acknowledged in tasawwuf.
